As CBS reports, MS&G represents Neiyerver Adrián Leon Rengel in a first-of-its-kind Federal Tort Claims Act case seeking accountability from the United States for his wrongful deportation and detention in El Salvador’s CECOT prison. The lawsuit seeks at least $1.3 million in damages, with other relief.
